E3/LaLa Land.

Ahhh, Los Angeles. Hollywood, world-class sports teams, and...videogames? E3 has been a tradition of LA since the glory days of videogames (1995, ha). Every year since, the convention has been a spectacle that garnished coverage from various media outlets. Here, exclusive first-looks and hands-on experiences are the norm. But to many like myself, E3 serves as the ultimate battleground between the "Big 3"--Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft (personally, I thought it was Sony>Microsoft>Nintendo this year).

Opened the in-flight magazine to come across this: the BLTini. Wow, just...wow.

My personal favorite of E3: DJ Hero. It fully surpassed my expectations both gameplay and peripheral wise.

EVEN COOLER is the ability to play alongside your rock-inclined friends with a guitar.

The legendary DJ Shadow in the house. Get Educated.

The new "PSP GO"

Game of choice: Quake 4. Score? Fatality: 10, Opponent: -3. GG, n00b.

Well, well...look who made an appearance.

The founders of the sacred website. Mention a woot-off and they discretely slip you a pair of woot-lights and a plush monkey.

Vrooooom

Where amazing happens--Game 1 of the Finals.

Shout out to Colin.

You all know how big a fan I am of Johnny Cupcakes. Finally, I was able to visit the famed shop.

The doors pop open and periodically release steam!

Love it or hate it, Bape.

Sneakers on a fuckin' conveyor belt. Would've had more pics of the impressive interior design, but the employees were pricks.

Joy was brought to my heart (all arteries included).

This is called the "Sunrise", a blend of fruit punch and lemonade.

The basic food groups: protein, carbohydrates, and fat
